1.Orders must be prepaid via our online order form via Paypal which accepts credit card, money order and electronic check.
2. Item can be returned within 20 days of receipt but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must have a RMA # and be returned in original packaging.
3. Shipping is non-refundable
4. If any item becomes unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
5. If any part becomes unavailable and we are not able to ship the item in 30 days, balance will be refunded in full.
6. Defective parts or systems will be exchanged for new parts.
7. Most systems on ebay are sold without software, if software is not purchased from us we will not provide technical support for software related problems.
8. Computer Systems are built when order is placed and typically ship in 3-5 business days.
